Overall I liked that fine hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, the staff was superfriendly. The location in a nice area was marvellous and incredible and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Everything was perfect and within 20 minutes' drive of Hamburg airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room at Sylc. The decor was sleek and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily attend a conference at a nearby church. Despite the minor inconvenience of no soap in the bathroom, the cleanliness of the room was commendable. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey, the quality of the food made it worth it. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money.

The location was INCREDIBLE - just off city hall are. The stuff was really helpful, and requests where handled quickly.

The building is neat and the rooms are fashionable and new-fashioned with good breakfast, a kitchenette, as for instance. The location is easy, the breakfast is satisfactory.

The place was clean and fine, had amazingly nice and accommodating staff especially at check-out. The hotel had a particularly good location just next door to Jump House Hamburg. It was also so close to the stadium and electrical skiro to be rented.

I had a good breakfast and it had a huge variety of food. The location was fantastic and ideal, really close to the city center.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious and well-equipped rooms on the sixth floor. The attention to detail is impressive, with almost all the necessary amenities provided. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the bus station and the bustling A7 highway. The staff are friendly and the breakfast, along with the complimentary Wifi, are included in the price.
